GoodnessMe Box: A Healthy Monthly Subscription

Subscribe to GoodnessMe Box for a monthly delivery of healthy food, beauty, and lifestyle products to your door in Australia. Plant-based milks, kombuchas, teas, chocolate and bliss balls are just a few examples of the food and beverage products on offer. Other products, such as moisturising balms, essential oils, and deodorant, can also be included. There will be 7-10 food items and 2–3 beauty/lifestyle items in each box.

The boxes contain full-sized products. Sample-size items will be included in each box, but we've found that the majority of the contents are full-sized. Organic, sustainable, raw, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, or vegan products must fall into at least two of these categories to be included in the boxes. Customizing your order to meet your specific dietary or lifestyle needs is possible; you can request that your boxes be gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan.

The boxes cost $25 a month plus $6.95 for shipping Australia-wide, and the shipping is included in the monthly price. If you sign up for a 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscription plan, shipping is free. In this case, the only thing you'd have to pay for is the shipping. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, Peta Shulman, the founder and director of GoodnessMe Box, decided to start the company. For the sake of her own health, she set out to learn as much as possible about how to nourish and heal her own body.
